For those of you who do not know, I have a very precocious two year old who started her own blog a little while ago.

HRH's first love
I have to say, insulted as I am, the kid has taste.
This morning, after a VERY long night, HRH opened her new shoes. Her response?
"Pretty shoes, I love you"
Please keep in mind that my husband and I have been coaxing her to tell one of us "I love you" for weeks now, to no avail. She finally utters those three precious words - to a PAIR OF SHOES.
Here are the shoes, available at Livie & Luca for $47 - although we caught them on sale at MiniSocial earlier this month. I will keep you informed if they go on sale again:

All I want today is...
This Ismodern Indigo dress for $78 at Juice Couture.
I don't know if it is the kid in the picture or the actual dress, but I am 100% convinced that H.R.H. would be a happier, more content child if she was wearing this dress. Don't you agree?
Named after her first child, Is(abella), IsModern is a 'little company' whose architect-turned-designer's goal was to create simple, modern, well-made clothing for children. I believe she succeeded.

I'm a dork - and I am so excited!
I just ordered my DVD of "40 Years of Sunny Days"!! I can't wait to have it delivered.
I looked up what would be included on the DVD, over 5 hours of footage and clips - my favorite? Why thank you for asking! Cookie Monsters rendition of "Me Lost Me Cookie At The Disco" (Disco Dance!) Ahhh - my sister and I have some serious memories of that one!
I wish they had "There's a Hole in the Bucket" or was it called "Dear Liza?" either way, I am sooo excited!

I recently had the privilege, nay HONOR, of interviewing the mastermind behind one of my favorite blogs!
(Ok..ok.. this is actually stolen from an interview she did on herself on her own blog.)my daughter, Her Royal Heinous, Queen Bee.
What do you do when you are not blogging?
Mostly play, but I do enjoy a nap during the day and the occasional meal
How long have you been blogging?
I started blogging back when I was only 20 months old. I had followed a few blogs prior to that and got so many tips and advice on how to handle my parents. I wanted to give something too, so I started H.R.H
What is your least favorite word?
NO. Well wait - my least favorite to hear or say?
To say:
Oh - well, then I would have to go with YES.
If you could have a superpower, what would you choose?
Hmm... probably being invisible. That Mommy has eyes in the back of her head I tell you...
Where do you see yourself, blogging wise, in the next 6 months?
Whoa - that is REALLY looking forward. Let's see - I definately see myself improving on spelling and grammer. But I also see myself being able to understand my own emotions better and hopefully relate them in a more effective way.
Why such a long name and where did Her Royal Heinous, Queen Bee originate?
Mommy. She has called me Bee since I was a wee little baby, Her Royal Heinous was added when I learned to walk.
What is your favorite book?
I would have to say Olivia by Ian Falconer. I love the color Red and Cats, which both play big parts in his writing.
And I also just adore George Rodrique's Why is Blue Dog Blue?
What type of music do you enjoy?
I have a wide variety of musical tastes. It just depends on the morning. On rainy days I tend to like Showtunes more - you know, Oklahoma, Oliver, Annie. But there is nothing better than a sunny afternoon and jamming out to BareNaked Ladies SnackTime CD.
Last Question - What advice would you offer potential bloggers?
Bee yourself!
Oh - and don't eat the buttons from the keyboard - people get REALLY mad and it (eventually) hurts.
